• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Sale items and stitched or customized orders are non-returnable.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

1. Email us at support@zainabchotani.pk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to our provided address at your own cost.
4. Share the tracking number with us after dispatch.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
